Netflix sets limits on how many devices you can download movies and TV shows on. The amount of devices is determined by your subscription plan: 1 device for Basic plan, 2 devices for Standard plan and Premium plan. Basic with ads plan don’t allow users to download content. How to fix this error?

If a device has been lost or destroyed, or is otherwise unable to connect to Netflix, the device will automatically expire after 30 days and you will be able to download titles on another device.
How to see which devices have Netflix downloads?
1. Go to https://www.netflix.com and log in your account.
2. From the top right corner click Account.
3. Click below Manage access and devices
4. From the page you can see which devices logged your account.
5 Check the downloads and delete them.
