Update: Netflix used to allow ad-free users to watch Netflix offline on Windows 10 or Windows 11 computers. However, after a recent update to the Netflix app in July 2024, this feature was discontinued. The Netflix app no longer supports offline downloads on Windows devices.
To watch your Netflix downloads on a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC, from the left menu of the Netflix app, click More 
> My Downloads. Then you can see what you have downloaded for offline playback.
Netflix has a hidden folder on your PC system to store its downloads. To locate this specific folder, follow the steps below.

The dowloaded files can only be recognized by Netflix, you can’t play them with other video player or transfer them to other devices.
