1. Go to the Hulu website and click LOG IN in the top right corner.
2. Enter your email address and click “Continue.”
3. You’ll be asked to enter your password. Click “Having trouble logging in” instead.

4. You will be directed to the Forgot Password page. Input your Email and click “SEND ME A RESET LINK.“

5. Go to your email inbox, find Update Your Password email from Hulu, and click “RESET PASSWORD.“
6. Create a new password and click “Save & Continue.”

Reminders:

• It may take up to 15 minutes for you to receive the reset password email.
• Reset your password as soon as you receive the email, for the password reset link expires after 3 hours.
• If you don’t find the email in your inbox, double-check your junk/spam folders.

What If You Forgot the Email Address

If you don’t receive the email or can’t remember the email address you signed up with, use the Hulu Account Recovery page (https://auth.hulu.com/account_recovery) to retrieve your account. You’ll need to enter the payment information associated with your Hulu subscription during verification.

Tips for Making a Strong Password

• Avoid sequential numbers or letters like 1234 or abcd
