How to Create a Profile on Hulu

On Desktop

1. Visit Hulu.com and log in to your Hulu account.
2. Hover over your profile name in the top right corner and click Manage Profiles.

3. Click + Add Profile.

4. Fill out the information for the new profile and click the “Create Profile” button. Toggle on the  Kids switch if you are creating a profile for a child.

On Mobile

1. Launch the Hulu app on your mobile device and tap the account icon at the bottom right.
2. Tap your name to enter the Profiles page.
3. Tap + Add Profile.
4. Enter the required information and tap the Create Profile button. If you are creating a profile for a child, enable the “Kids” switch.

On TV-connected Devices

1. Open the Hulu app on your device.
2. Select your profile name from the navigation bar on the left.
3. Select (+) New Profile.

How to Delete a Profile on Hulu

Important note: Deleting a profile is permanent and cannot be undone. Additionally, the primary profile cannot be deleted but can be edited.

1. Log in to your account at Hulu.com.
2. Click on your profile name located in the top right corner, then choose Manage Profiles from the drop-down menu.
3. All the profiles under your account are listed. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the profile you want to delete.

4. Select Delete Profile and confirm your selection.

On Mobile

1. Open the Hulu app on your phone and select the account icon in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap your name to enter the Profiles page.
3. In the top right corner, tap “EDIT” and select the profile you want to delete.

On TV-connected Devices

1. Open the Hulu app on your device.
2. From the navigation bar on the left, select your profile name.
3. Scroll to the profile you want to delete and select Edit next to it.
4. Select Delete Profile and confirm your selection.

How to Clear All Profiles on Your Hulu Account

Hulu allows you to delete all profiles at once (except the primary profile), permanently removing their watch history, preferences, and settings. This action is irreversible, so proceed with caution. Deleted profiles and their associated data cannot be recovered.

1. Log in to your Hulu account page (hulu.com/account).
2. Locate the “Privacy and Settings” section and click “Your US State Privacy Rights.”

3. Under “Manage Activity,” select “Profiles” and click the “CLEAR SELECTED” button.
