If you change your home billing address to a new country or subscribe to Amazon Prime in a new country, you may no longer be able to access previously purchased and rented content in some cases. If you have relocated to another country and are unable to access purchased content, please contact Customer Service.
Make sure you logged into the same Amazon account which you used to purchase the videos. To confirm this, you can visit Digital Orders page and look for those video purchases. If you can’t find those video purchases in your Digital Orders, you’re accessing a different account. Sign out and then log back in to the correct account. If it still shows in your order history and it’s actually missing from your library, then contact Amazon support.
Movies Anywhere is a cloud-based streaming platform that allows users to stream and download purchased films in one place, including from other libraries like iTunes, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. Connect your Prime Video account with Movies Anywhere. When you purchase a movie from Amazon, it will show up in Movies Anywhere website and app as long as the video is available in Movies Anywhere.
Once your purchased video is not available in Movies Anywhere, you can’t use it to back up Prime Video purchases. If your selection is a TV show, click icon next to it to select the episodes you want to download.
Before downloading, you can also click to choose subtitles and audio tracks for each episode. Audio and subtitle languages in Settings only show the 6 common languages. Here you can choose any language from whatever the movie or TV show provides.
Then click Download.
To find the content you’ve downloaded, click the History icon on the top.
Now you can locate the downloaded Prime Video MP4 videos and watch them offline anywhere you want.
