If you are unable to use a Netflix mobile app and you wish to have your Netflix account deleted, you can contact Netflix support via email. But before reaching out to them, you need to cancel your Netflix membership first.
Please note that if your Netflix membership is billed through a third party and not directly by Netflix, you need to contact them to cancel your Netflix membership.
Once you’ve successfully canceled your membership, initiate the account deletion process by sending an email to [email protected] from the same email address you used to sign in to your Netflix account. It’s important to emphasize that using a different email address for this request will not be accepted. Make sure you use the email address associated with the specific Netflix account you intend to delete.
If you cancel your membership before your current billing period expires, Netflix will delete your account at the end of the period, unless you expressly request earlier deletion.
