Amazon Prime members can download Prime Video movies and TV shows for offline viewing. This download feature is supported on Fire tablets, iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows 10 or 11 PC. For iPhone users, most “Included with Prime” titles, along with videos you purchased and rented, are available for offline playback. While titles listed as “Watch for free” are not available for download with the Prime Video app, there is an alternative way to save them for offline enjoyment.

To download Prime Video movies and TV shows on your iPhone, first, you need to install the Prime Video app. If you already have the app on your iPhone, make sure to keep it up to the latest version for the best downloading performance.
Go to the App Store on your iPhone, search for Prime Video, and tap the Get button to download and install the Prime Video app.
If you have already installed the Prime Video app on your iPhone, use the same steps to check whether it needs an update.
To download a movie from Prime Video on your iPhone, simply click the Download button on the movie’s details page.
For TV shows, you can choose to download an entire season or specific episodes. Tap the Download Season button or scroll down to the episode list and click the Download icon next to the episode you want.
Even if you don’t have an Amazon Prime membership, you can still rent or purchase videos on Prime Video. You can also download purchased or rented titles for offline playback.
To download the rented or purchased titles from Prime Video, go to their details page and click the Download button.
Although you can download movies and shows from Prime Video for offline playback, titles listed as “Watch for free” are not available for download with the Prime Video app. You can only stream these free videos, even with a Free account on Amazon Video.

Tap the Download icon next to the movie or TV show you want to download.
If you choose to download a movie, click the download icon next to it, and the download begins.
If your selection is a TV show, click the download icon next to it and select the episodes you want to download.
Before downloading, you can also click the three lines and gear icon 
to choose audio/subtitle languages for each episode. Audio and subtitle languages in Settings only show the 6 common languages. Here you can choose any language from whatever the movie or TV show provides.
Click the Download button in the bottom right corner. The downloading begins.
After downloading, select the History tab at the top to find the content you’ve downloaded.
Now you have located the downloaded Prime Video titles, you can transfer the downloaded videos and watch them on any supported device including your iPhone.
