Fix: Apple TV App Is Not Working on Fire TV Stick

“I have always used the AppleTV app on my Firestick without any issues. All of a sudden for the past few days I always get an error message saying “Video Not Available” when I try to stream. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling already, but that did not work.”

Check your Apple TV+ subscription

Open Apple TV app and go to Settings.
Click Accounts – View Subscriptions.

Restart Fire Stick

Go to Settings at the top of the Home screen.
Select My Fire TV, and then Restart.

Uninstall and reinstall Apple TV app

Go to Settings on your Fire TV device.
Select Applications.
Select Manage Installed Applications.
Select Apple TV, and then Uninstall.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Sign out and in

Open Apple TV+ and select Settings in the top menu bar.
Next, click Accounts – Sign out.
Then Sign in again.

Try a different Apple TD

Open Apple TV+ and select Settings in the top menu bar.
Next, click Accounts – Sign out.
Sign in with a different Apple ID.

Update Fire Stick Software

Go to Settings – My Fire TV, information and download the last software Fire OS.

Clear Cache on Fire TV

Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
Select Applications.
In Manage Installed Applications, select Apple TV.
Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.

Reset Your Fire TV Stick

Well, if the above methods don’t work, reset your Fire TV Stick. Keep in mind that this will delete all your data. Go to Settings, select System, and then select Reset to Factory Defaults.
